EarthManipulator - use earth model instead of intersection

Description

EM has this annoying habit of doing terrain intersections in order to calculate the eyepoint based on distance from target. This does not work well with paged LODs. Retool this to work with source earth ellipsoid/geoid and elevation source data instead.
